All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. CORE STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at corestudiocollabs@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
